Any person who is an employer of domestic workers in Zimbabwe, is eligible to be registered as a member.

The benefits of being a member including but limited to, are:

- Information and updates on labour, employment laws and policies;
- Education and training through conferences and symposiums on labour and related matters;
- Providing advice on wages and employment conditions;
- Representation in wage negotiations and collective bargaining;
- Participation in matters that affect members interests.
