DUTIES OF THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

Detailed below is a summary of some of the Executive Council's duties:

PRESIDENT

Open Provincial Chapters; coordinate activities of each Chapter; represent the Association locally and internationally.

VICE PRESIDENTS

Carry out duties of the President; Treasurer or Secretary when assigned; carry out any other duties assigned by the President or Executive Council.

SECRETARY

Maintain the administrative records, including minutes of meetings; recruitment and selection; maintain register of all members of the Association.
